Mexico still has a warm enough housing market, but things have cooled a bit since the US real estate bubble burst. My gut feeling is that you will see more bargains as those Americans who disdained the loans I was selling a couple of years ago and took out HELOC's are now sorry they didn't trust "Mexico" Mike. While the market continues ot get more expensive in some areas, I think that is artificial and real estate bargains in Mexico can be found. But let's face it - heavilly gringo areas are always going to be overpriced.
